Who we are
Global Assets & Collectors Forum is the data controller. You may reach us at any hour at secretariat@gacf.ch.
What we collect
When you write, or complete the membership enquiry, we receive your name, your contact details, and whatever you wish to tell us about your intent. Nothing more. We do not run trackers, advertising pixels, or third party analytics.
Why we keep it
To answer you, to weigh a possible membership, and, should an application proceed, to administer it under the Forum's statutes. Legal basis. Your consent, and the steps required to enter into a relationship with the Forum (Art. 6 GDPR and the applicable Swiss FADP).
How long
Enquiries we do not carry forward are deleted after twelve months. Member records are kept for the duration of membership and any retention periods required by applicable law.
Who else sees it
Only members of the GACF Secretariat have access. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just write to us.
