These terms cover the use of gacf.ch. Membership itself is always governed by the Forum's statutes and a separate written admission between you and the Secretariat.

The website

The pages here describe the Forum, its philosophy and its programme. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of securities, investment advice, or a solicitation of any kind.

Enquiries and membership

Submitting an enquiry or application starts a confidential conversation, nothing more. Admission to the Forum only exists once both sides have confirmed it in writing under the Forum's statutes.

Intellectual property

All photography, text, the GACF name and the wordmark are the property of the Global Assets & Collectors Forum. Third-party names referenced on the site remain the trademarks of their respective owners.

Liability

We try to keep this site accurate, but we don't warrant that every detail is current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the association's seat, as set out in the association's statutes.
